Friday, June 9, 2017, there was the opening of Foto PUNCT 2 (Photo POINT 2), a project organised by the Centre of Contemporary Photography in Iaşi, which aims to promote contemporary artistic photography in public space in Iaşi.
This year’s edition, realized within FIE 2017, will be held between June 9th and 21st 2017, on Lapusneanu st. in Iasi. Foto PUNCT 2 is exhibiting Lucian Bran, Ioana Cîrlig, Daniel Comendant and Mihai Nistor and is curated by Matei Bejenaru and Lavinia German. The visual concept of both editions was provided by Cătălin Soreanu.
Photo POINT is made in collaboration with the National University of Arts “George Enescu” Iaşi, and with the support of Iaşi City Hall, and “Mihai Ursachi” House of Culture of Iaşi. The Foto PUNCT structure was projected by H-Studio and assembled by Metalco.
